[Lowfer] Navtex and NDBs last night

Navtex decodes using a loop aimed roughly E-W last night were 
unimpressive. Area 4 DX stations R in Puerto Rico and B in Bermuda 
decoded as usual, but even with H in Canada a no-show, H in Curacao was 
also a no-show. From the west coast only stations Q and W decoded.

On the NDB front there were some good signals from the NU, Canada, like 
YIO on 214 kHz and RB on 350 kHz. Interestingly, propagation apparently 
didn't extend too far South for NE IL reception because powerhouse NDB 
NY in BC was barely in there when RB was strong. Nonetheless, did get 
some VE7 decodes on 474.2 kHz WSPR.
