[Lowfer] VO1NA? on 137.777 kHz ebnaut

I'm seeing a strong signal line on 137.777 kHz at 1130Z. That's the
frequency VO1NA uses. It's rather strong for so early in the evening but
perhaps that's him.

I understand from Mike, WA3TTS that VO1NA and a number of Europeans have
been using a special modulation/demodulation of late called ebnaut. I
guess that may stand for operation at Eb/N0=0, quite near the Shannon
limit. Anyway, see http://abelian.org/ebnaut/software_ms.shtml for
windows software.

Does anyone know what entries are required in the decoder? Also, how is
spectrum lab set up to timestamp the received signal and output a wave
file with I/Q samples?

This seems to be the evolution of software by Paul Todmorden, used by
Dex, W4DEX to send digital messages from NC to Europe at 8971.1 Hz (no,
I didn't leave out a k!). See http://w4dex.com/vlf/8971Hz/.
