[Lowfer] VLF Alphas

Tom,

Argo is pretty specialized to QRSS work, and it does a great job at that,
but it isn't nearly as versatile as Spectrum Lab. I'm at work and cant
remember the maximum bandwidth it will display on the screen, but that
would be in NDB mode.

Don't know much about Spectran. Perhaps someone else could answer.
