[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole

Lowfers SJ, WMS, and TAG were copied here much of the night. SJ and TAG 
faded away around 1100Z, while WMS hung in there until 1200Z. Looked for 
both MO and WI but nothing other than spurs was apparent in the ARGO 
captures.
