J.B. wonder how you fared with Navtex? Here I noticed the Puerto Rico 
transmitter (area 4, ID=R) again failed to shut off properly after the 
0650Z time slot. Instead, it sent continuous MARK tone like it did Feb 
6. Only decodes from the strongest area 4 stations were possible after 
that (in time order, I got decodes from stations H,A,E,G,N, and P). Next 
decode was U at 1119Z. That most likely was because R shut down by then 
(nothing was decoded from R at the 1050Z time slot). But R was 
definitely off the air by 1146Z when area 12 station W decoded.
