[Lowfer] Short Transmissions from VTX-3 - CORRECTION

They normally run RTTY on 18.1 ... usually short duration ... also on 21.1. Your post "Short 
Transmission from VTX-3" certainly got my attention ... having not logged it in years of monitoring 
... probably others as well.
