[Lowfer] Short Transmissions from VTX-3 - CORRECTION

cant see anything here from VTX - there was a Megga pulse and WIDE FSK on 17.8 starting at 0100Z or so that lasted 30 mins

Just the normal scheduled RDL on  18.1, but interesting carrier blips occasionally on 23kHz , and another Pulse and wide FSK on 22.7 starting at1652Z to 17131Z or so. TBB turkey on  26.7, Israel on 26 and I see an UNID on 19.2 starting appxz 16Z on till OOZ - it appears to be coming in on a daylight path. 

 I didnt see an sign of the SAQ tune up that was on around 12z but I have fast and slower Speclab instances looking - its reasonable time here just 11pm local...
