[Lowfer] Short Transmissions from VTX-3 - CORRECTION

Closer look at the frequency.. It centers on 18.1 KHz which Spec Lab list 
shows to be Russian station " RDL " or the many alias'es there of . No
way to know the distance. or the transmitter at that time.. Still a nice
haul though.. Andy
