[Lowfer] LowFER Grabber and Converter

Bleah, Jim. I had CW beacon "OER" on the Lowfer band for a year or two back
in the mid 1990s, and it accomplished nothing but ruining my LF reception
during that time. I think a local ham reported to me enthusiastically that
he had received my signal at he jaw dropping distance of five miles.
Here's hoping we can do better in the future.
