Thanks for the report on RY. I haven't been able to see it at home -- 
that's a pretty rare event.

Have been listening/watching the 13555.400 area over the last week, 
after having (finally) put up some sort of HF antenna. Here in Mass., 
SIW and NC are visible most of the time during the daylight hours, and 
mostly gone after 10 PM local. There's fading, some of it quite long. MP 
shows up occasionally, usually when the other two signals are not 
visible. That doesn't quite square with what I have seen in the past at 
the camp in Maine, where MP is visible much of the time. That's only 130 
miles from here, which is interesting.
