[Lowfer] Saturday HiFERs

Here are a couple of those watering-hole captures from yesterday.  Time is 
CDT, within about 10 seconds.

In the daylight capture, the receiver output is 1.65 - 1.7 ppm high relative 
to the tuned frequency, and right at 1.9 ppm for the post-sunset capture 
(viz WWV 10 MHz carrier at far right for calibration).
