Cybernet Wireless Headphone System TM 301.  I have the transmitter, 
headphones receiver, all docs, original box and sales receipt from 03/03/84.

Unfortunately, the clown at the thrift shop I purchased it from wrote 
"Wireless Headphone System $4.99" in red Sharpie on the top of the box...

Transmitter RF Frequency:

Left, 194 KHz
Right, 224 KHz

RF Output 200mW/Channel

According to the manual, the antenna is 30m in length and it states it is 
compliant with Part 15.
