[Lowfer] WRC-12 passes 472-479 kHz allocation

Any idea how much RF input power would be needed to achieve a 5W EIRP
with a vertical antenna with a top hat ?
Let's assume New England terrain with a minimum ground screen.
I consider this as progress.
Thanks to all those who have persevered to operate on the ~ 500 KHz band.
