Problem: Receiving stations in close proximity to transmitting stations suffer overload and are
unable to effectively look for DX stations in the watering hole.
Possible solution: Adopt WSPR style duty cycle operations and transmit every other, or every third,
ID sequence leaving 'holes' for close proximity stations to copy the DX stations. 'Clear channel'
stations (off on their own frequency) can still run 100% duty cycle if they choose.
