[Lowfer] 137 kHz carriers

Did anyone else notice carriers on 137780 and 137781 Hz last night? MP 
was sandwiched nicely between them and they appeared on the F1AFJ 
grabber so I don't think they're local. The higher signal dropped before 
0400Z and the lower one dropped around 0500Z.

It was a good morning for 518 kHz Navtex decodes from the west coast. 
Astoria, Long Beach, and San Francisco were all in there.
