[Lowfer] 137 kHz carriers

Garry,

The carrier on 137,780.01 was WD2XES, running a test into DF6NM's 
s-l-o-w speed grabber:

There were CW ID's every 29 minutes. I don't know about the carrier on 
137,781, but that's Jay's usual frequency.
