After some 10,000 miles at highway speed my modded AMRad in a PVC tube assy failed (but still held connected if somewhat bent) - the failure was at the max bend point and thinnest wall point which happens to be threaded. Now to find a home depot and solderirn' here in Houston. I'm going to reduce the windage a bit by reducing the diameters...
