[Lowfer] HiFERs, Present and Absent

Only three HiFERs encountered today, SIW, MP, and USC.  Conspicuous by its 
absence is NC, which as you see at bottom was quite pronounced on 13,555.54 
kHz Wednesday afternoon.  However, it was nowhere to be found this 
afternoon.

At times today, both MP and SIW were audible, and the normal speed CW IDs of 
each could be seen.  Sometimes part of SIW's could be copied by ear.  (The 
duration of the CW sequence kind of made the QRSS look like "BIW" except I 
could see the keying sidebands.)  Sometimes USC was fairly well audible too.

A glance at 137 before sunset showed MP already coming in well, but nobody 
else yet at that time.
