[Lowfer] Lowfer SIW QRV

Bob, NK9M and I fired up lowfer SIW this afternoon from EN51uq. This 
year's version is to switch at 1800Z to 185.185... kHz (Tuesday, 
Thursday, and Saturday) and to 185.2993 kHz (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 
and Sunday). Time will tell if that works as intended. Transmissions 
consist of "SIW" sent at QRSS60 rate.

Wonder if anyone has knowledge of the low-temperature tolerance of LCD 
displays? I used an LCD for the synthesizer readout and it survived the 
winter intact outdoors without a heater, but it didn't get below about 
-12 F. This year is unlikely to be so mild. The current setup also has 
an LCD associated with the timer.
