[Lowfer] L/c meter for $35 on ebay

Lee I dont see where that is a problem, I have to zero the AADE
meter(leads open on cap function,shorted on inductance) each time I use
the meter to get an accurate reading. The AADE meter may be damaged if
connected to a cap with a charge.
