[Lowfer] L/c meter for $35 on ebay

The AADE meter does look good! The only thing I'm concerned about is the
range for capacitance measurements looks to be on the low side. The Korean
unit supposedly has extended ranges to measure large capacitances (100 mF)
and inductances (100H).
But heck, maybe I'll get one of the AADE and one of the Korean units.
