[Lowfer] WPM to QRSS to SYM/SEC to Baud Rate - Calculations ??

Not that I love doing math !! But instead of just being " told " the 
answer to a question; I would like to know how to calculate it myself.

Spec. Labs Hellschrieber settings show the transmission rate in:
symbols per second, and also says that is the Baud rate too.
If I want to know what that is equivalent to in WPM, or QRSS; what
are the formulas to calculate it ??

Sometimes, internet searches can turn into a time consuming thing, and
still not be productive. Will someone direct me to a good web resource
that shows, and explains how, the calculations are done ??

It's more for my own curiousity, and learning at this point.

Maybe you " can " teach an old dog new tricks.. I'm certainly learning
new things that I had never heard of just 5 years ago, and I have been 
a ham since 1988. I hope to never stop learning.
