[Lowfer] WPM to QRSS to SYM/SEC to Baud Rate - Calculations ??

Note that usually in terms of words per minute, one standard (used for cw)
is to use the repeated transmission of the word "PARIS" separated by blanks.
Unlike the usual Baudot (Murray) code and ASCII, there may not be a simple
bits to WPM if a different number of bits get used for different letters.
So there is no simple answer.  In some since, the question is ill-formed as,
in general, it depends on the words being transmited.
