[Lowfer] Navtex QRM 518 kHz

I copied this text from the Navtex station when  it began broadcasting
at 10PM EST.

It seems they are doing some  interference testing on GPS in some area.

They gave a website and number  to call to report navigation problems
with GPS. I wonder if this would be a  place to start to try and report
the Navtex station troubles?
