As Todd noted, the interference went QRT and New Orleans, $04G is 
decoding fine at the moment (signal level is -85 dBm). Whoops, spoke to 
soon. The interference just came back.

Like Todd, I find it hard to believe that this has been going on for 
days without anyone reporting it and having it fixed. It seems like one 
of the Navtex transmitters has failed ON, unmodulated because the 
frequency is very stable and right at the mark value. Time to send 
emails to Chuck and the NOAA address I mentioned.
