[Lowfer] Navtex QRM 518 kHz

Now I notice the Navtex broadcast has finished  and the station is
sending just a dead carrier again near 517.915KHz -  strange.

It must be that particular Navtex transmitter
has a  fault - when it is supposed to 
be off air, instead it just transmits a dead  carrier on 517.915. If we knew
what station it is someone could inform the  Coast Guard?
