[Lowfer] WD2XFJ on the air

I was able to copy the new/old WD2XFJ beacon located in grid ~DM04ue 
this morning on 183.530.  Beacon format was a short message followed by 
2 id's and ~3 sec dash, running around 13 wpm CW.  Some additional info

I am only about 600 miles from it and if it was running at the 
advertized 150 watts it was doing real good this morning at 1100 utc on 
a surprisingly quiet band locally for me.  Normally it is tough for me 
to copy the 185 beacons.  Of course once the neighbors started getting 
up at sunrise the noise makers started up and it disappeared.   Looked 
for the 6R beacon on 182.868 during at the same time but was not able to 
hear it today.
