[Lowfer] " XR " on in the wateringhole

Greetings all:  I put the QRSS beacon transmitter back on the table and fired it back up.
It is in QRSS-60 mode sending the usual " XR " sequence. The antenna has gone thru some
extremely rough winds in the spring, and summer; but from all my indicators; it appears to
be radiating... I know it's still too early for lowFER receiving, but I figured: what the heck;
The EPSON Osc. chip I was using quit working for whatever reason, so I put the extra
chip in the OSC. It should be very close to 185.298.48 KHz +/- a few tenth's of a cycle.
If anyone tries, and happens to get it; report what frequency you see it on.
