Hi all: Woke up this morning, and looked at the RF Current. It was " spot on " where I had set it last night
before going to bed.... Soil conditions are very stable right now: ( interpretation: very dry ) so the AE Current
fluctuates only when the AE moves in the breeze now and then... It's kinda nice to see the RF meter bumping
up and down again... Unless something whacky happens; I think I'll just " let-er-run " awhile.
It is just shy of a year since raising the presently used antenna. I am extremely pleased to see how well it has held
up under the extreme weather conditions it has endured since last winter. Especially the heat this summer.
The PVC pipe covered with Aluminum HVAC tape still shines in the sunlight. My step-son was right about the
Aluminum tape staying put... He used to be a duct installer, and recommended the tape I used for the project.
He told me that when I put it on the pipe; it was " there to stay " .
Hope everyone has a good day: 73 for now: Andy - KU4XR
