[Lowfer] The hydro installation

JB,
The penstock on this installation must be almost 3ft in diameter. The drop to the turbine from the dam is 11ft but there's about 8 more feet below the turbine which adds to the head. This is baby is grid-tied and I'm about to find out what the payback is per KWH but it could be as high as $.16 which is $8/hr or $192/day at full capacity - which ain't hay (as we used to say back in Iowa :).
