I can only see that kind of payback by the person consuming the power on 
high demand days .

Selling it to the grid is likely to be much lower .

I have been out of the wholesale power and wheeling business for a long time 
so I could be way off . I hope that I am . It would provide better incentive 
for projects like that if one could get close to $.16 per kWh .
