[Lowfer] LF converter, 10 meter radio, hear 600 meters

Yes, the HTX-100 can be modified by cutting a couple pins on the
microcontroller (and I think adding pull-up resistors) to cover from 26.0 to
30.0 MHz. I did this mod because I have a 903 MHz transverter crystalled for
903.0 MHz = 28.0 MHz at the IF. So I wanted to tune down to 27 MHz to cover
902 MHz.

Note from my observations: Performance is fine down to 27 MHz but drops off
rapidly below about 26.8 MHz to be practically useless at 26 MHz.
