[Lowfer] LF converter, 10 meter radio, hear 600 meters

Thanks for that lead Paul; I didn't think about checking their
site. Just figured a 28 MHz XTAL would have to be cut. I need 
to order some other parts to restock, I believe I'll get an
order together.
