[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 Mid day Amtor FEC test

WE2XGR/2 will be running a mid day test of Amtor FEC from 1600 - 1800Z on 512.5 kHz. Amtor FEC is 
the mode used for Navtex transmissions. There are a number of decoders available and experience 
receiving Navtex has shown some to be significantly better than others in decoding weak signals. The 
best I've run across so far is SeaTTY. It's free for the 30 day trial period...after that one has to 
purchase it. Note that I have no connection to SeaTTY - I'm just a satisfied customer. MultiPSK is 
another decoder.

Reports, successful or not, are appreciated.
