Hi Jay, Lowfers,

Is 512.500 your dial or transmit frequency?  I've been using Navtex Decoder V2.1.0 for a few years now
with good success.  I use a 1 kHz. offset for the commercial Navtex, meaning a dial frequency of 517
for copying the sigs at 518.  I'll try both it and MultiPSK for decoding your transmission.
