Hi Andy,
Been away from the computer for a while. Your beacon had solid  decodes
here right until you shut down at 05:00 UTC so no problem at the 1 watt  
level.
Your dB level only dropped to around -14, -15dB on the decoder. You 
probably could have dropped to 1/2 watt or less  with no problem.
