Good Morning Gary,

If the limiting factor in your photovoltaic system is battery capacity...

I picked up a few 12V sealed lead acid batteries from cell site techs.
Sounded like annually their old batteries are changed out with new ones.
Mine are heavy at ~ 80 lbs, 110 amp-hour, so I not only volunteered to 
carry them out to my truck,
but I also said I would dispose of the hazardous waste.   All for no charge.

When you see people activity at a cell site, drop by and ask them about 
their batteries.

My second choice of battery would be a quasi deep cycle marine battery 
at Wal Mart.

If the solar panels or charge controller are the limiting factor, time 
to expand.....
