[Lowfer] Lowfers and Navtex in NE IL

Decoded TAG on 185.8 kHz with Wolf-10 last night. Took much longer than 
Lloyd took but it was relatively early:

Moved on to the watering hole and saw the WMs of both sources above the 
noise from time to time, 0430-0700Z. That was easier because SIW is 
temporarily off the air due to low battery - need more reserve capacity 
to ride through overcast days. It's been cloudy here for quite awhile 
but that's preferable to the storms raging over night on the east coast.

Those storms didn't hurt propagation though as Greenland came through on 
518 kHz Navtex fine at 0738Z. Other less common stations copied were 
Bermuda and Tofino, BC.

Looked for Andy on ROS-MF1, 185.7 kHz (184.2 kHz USB dial) to no avail, 
same as the night before.
