[Lowfer] WSPR time issue

If you are running WIN95 or WIN98, a thought on it ;; It might be
a Daylight Savings Time issue ::: In the Time Properties, uncheck
the box " Automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time " , and
make sure the Time Zone is correct. Then try to Re-Sync D4 ...
I have had to set my time zone 1 hour off to have the correct
time in UTC showing in the software.
That may not be the problem, but I have experienced it here.
