[Lowfer] WSPR time issue

Hello Lowfers,

I wondered why I wasn't geting any WSPR hits last night and upon investigation I saw that my time wasn't right.
The PC clock is correct, synchronized with CHU in Ottawa, using Dimension 4, and confirmed correct with my
GPS clock.  The clock displayed in WSPR is one hour SLOW but the minutes and seconds are spot on, which
has me puzzled.  Any ideas as to why I'm out exactly one hour?
