[Lowfer] WEB

The last two nights WEB has been copied. The "Ks" it's sending seem to
have QRSS60 length dashes and QRSS30 dots. Frequency is right where it's
always been, a bit under 189.950 kHz. Not as strong here as last April
but was using a 10' loop then and now using an e-probe. Lowfers MP and
EAR are still coming in nicely 24/7. Didn't notice any other lowfers at
the watering hole other than SIW when I looked briefly over night. Based
on 502.4 kHz WSPR and NDB signals here, conditions were subpar though
fairly quiet. HF has been depressed for at least a week by solar storms.
