[Lowfer] Ken Cornell's LF Scrapbook

Kind of reminds me of the Heathkit copyright issue that's playing out. Most of
the US websites have pulled it when requested, but overseas sites still host
them and, in fact, there's even a batch of them floating around on
the "torrent" sites (along with the latest music and movies--that's something
Heathkit could never have forseen thirty or forty years ago).

I definitely don't agree with copyright violations that clearly take dollars
out of someone's pocket. But I do worry sometimes that we lose "pieces of our
history" if rare and generally unavailable documents aren't spread around a
bit. There's a balance in there somewhere...

But my experience has been that once things are "released into the wild" (like
the Heathkit manuals, and like the LF Scrapbook now has), they tend to
spread.
