As a member of AMRAD, we sought to get the rights to make the LF 
Scrapbook available to everyone.  We had many versions we could scan and 
put onto a CD that we would sell for a modest amount or for joining our 
club.

I contacted the County Courthouse in New Jersey where Ken lived and 
after some shuffling around I found that his Nephew was designated as 
settling his estate.  After some effort, I located him and queried if we 
could get the rights to the books.  His objective was to use the money 
from the books to put the nephews kids in college.

I had hoped to get the rights for free or for very little.  However, it 
was obvious we were in entirely different ball parks and there was no 
way we could come to an accommodation and we did not pursue it further. 
  His nephew is not a ham and seemed to have little interest in 
furthering his uncle's work.
