Frank,
   Thanks for the clarification - I wonder now that all this time has
passed if its worth revisiting the case with the nephew?
Perhaps he now realizes that he won't get enough money to send his
kids to college from the copyright to the "Scrapbook"?
Do you have the nephew's contact info - if so please forward to me.
