[Lowfer] " XR " Frequency

Yeah, I've never had a problem like this before. Unless it has
something to do with the particular model ( SG-8002 series ).
My 184.322 KHz osc. is a SG-51 series.  I am using the 7805, 
with a couple of 10 ufd caps here too.  Hmmmm; I just picked up
the osc board to look at the caps, and noticed the frequency 
moved up from 297.60 up to 297.65. I think I need to check all
my solder joints real good, may have a cold joint .
