[Lowfer] " XR " Frequency

What are you using for a power supply? Mine didn't budge even 1hz over 
several years of being turned on & off. I have a LM7805 regulator with 
10uf caps on the input & output pins.

I know the freq will change if the 5v supply is changed up or down even 
a tiny bit. Temperature had nothing to do with mine either. Same freq at 
68F as it was at 90F. Something isn't right.
