[Lowfer] " XR " Frequency

Don't understand the frequency stability problem with the new
Epson oscillators. Out of the box, one didn't oscillate at all,
and the one that does won't stay on one frequency. I unplugged
the set earlier to look for Jim's beacon " DIR ", and when I 
plugged it back up the transmit frequency dropped 1 cycle from
185,298.55 down to 185,297.60 ::: Hmmmmm; vehwee intuhwesting.
I'll be somewhere around the watering hole; after it figures
out where it wants to drink.  (:>|}
