[Lowfer] What is 3OHH ?

I've also been looking for 30HH for the last 2 nights. Static levels high. I
get an occasional trace on ARGO that I think it could be it but not
absolutely sure. I've been looking at both 3 second and 10 second dots.

I'm seeing occasional reception of 3OHH tonight. Static is especially high
though which is not helping the fast QRSS mode. (520 NDB "F9" in New
Brunswick is decent copy, so conditions in that general direction are good
tonight, despite the high static.)
