Being a newbe at digital comms., I had recently taken off the Web both DigiPan and MultiPSK to become familar. I started with DigiPan cuz Mike was running with PSK recently on 600M. Fine, waterfall was cute. Watching the resulting text was fun too. But had not setup the MultiPSK software, as not needed, until last night with Jay's post here.

It was a disaster. MultiPSK beset my Win95 pc w/ multi-errors and locked up the system where even the three finger salute had no effect over the wiles of Multi. Never experienced such a recalcitrant application on setup that serially issued error messages without end and would not cease.

If I ever come near MultiPSK again, I first seek hand holding or a stiff shot first.

I'll next look at the following ref. of Jay's.
