Dick tell me more about your SDR rec. I have one of the Elektor kits on
 order. I also found
a neat article on a sdr project on http://www.qrz.lt/ly1gp/SDR/. this is a
 very simple 80 meter
rec with analog parts. Looks like RFSPACE sdr-irq from picture no7. My
Elektor rec is not in the
league with the RFSPACE sdr but I am hopefull it will be useful at LF.
With the interest in digital modes the SDR transceivers look promising.
 Checking the SDR sites
I found the rxtxv6 is out of production. Hopefully by the first of May the
 replacement will be available
at the Ozarkcon qrp convention in Branson,MO.
I am using the pa0rdt miniwhip with good sucess. I built the ADA active
ant but have yet to get it to
work. Several reports I've received have been from guys using the AMRAD
E-probe. That looks like a good
project to build.
Congratulations and thanks for the report. You have a neat station from
 the pictures on your site.
